Coral Care
Gem-quality black coral is an organic medium that has been highly polished to produce a high luster. Natural grain lines and iridescent coloration add to the beauty and preciousness of the coral and complement this high luster. At times, you may see these colors and grain lines begin to surface or become more prominent in the coral. This is a natural occurrence that adds to the uniqueness of your piece.
We recommend that you avoid exposing your coral to harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents, steam cleaners, hot tubs/spas, and hard water that contains chlorine.
Maintain and clean your Passman art piece by simply polishing the coral with a clean, soft cloth and by using a very soft toothbrush and small amounts of water to clean diamonds. Always be sure to dry your Passman piece after exposing it to any water.

You may choose both the method and the shipper.
Many clients use US Postal Service options, which have reasonable rates for insurance.
We do suggest you send your item well wrapped and discretely boxed.
Official mailing boxes with shipper’s logos are fine.

You will be billed when the repair is completed prior to return shipping. We accept all major credit cards.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping your item to and from us. We cannot ship outside the United States. If you ship a piece to us from outside the US, we will not be able to ship it back to you. We will contact you prior to returning your piece.
